1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store the messages you create and schedule through our service, along with your WhatsApp channel connection metadata.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the AutoPost service: authenticating your account, scheduling and delivering your WhatsApp messages, and processing payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. WhatsApp Integration
AutoPost connects to your WhatsApp account via the linked-device feature. We never access your personal WhatsApp messages, contacts, or groups. Our access is limited to the WhatsApp channels you explicitly connect through QR code scanning.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on managed hosting infrastructure. All API communication uses HTTPS encryption. Authentication tokens are stored as httpOnly cookies and cannot be accessed by client-side scripts.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Whapi.Cloud (WhatsApp API). Each service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete your scheduled messages at any time through the dashboard. To request full account deletion, contact us at support@autoposton.com. We will remove all your data within 30 days of the request.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
