By using AutoPost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AutoPost provides tools to schedule and manage messages on WhatsApp channels. We act as a scheduling interface and do not guarantee message delivery, which depends on WhatsApp's platform and availability.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use AutoPost for sending spam, illegal content, or any content that violates WhatsApp's terms of service.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with a limited number of messages. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create and schedule through AutoPost. We do not claim any rights to your messages, media, or other content.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to failed message deliveries, service downtime, or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
